I am obsessed with honey and any recipe I share can be enhanced by using different honeys, especially Manuka Honey.

If you try my recipes with regular Raw Honey, try mixing it up with some Manuka Honey and see the Skinhealth Benefits get turned up quite a few notches.

For this recipe you can just simply rub raw honey all over your face and leave on till it dries and then rinse.

If you feel like you want to change it up a bit get some store bought, Grass Fed Whey Protein.

Start with a tablespoon of Grass Fed Whey Protein and 1/4 cup of Raw Honey for the face and mix into a paste. Rub on face, let dry, rinse.  Follow with any of my Serums and/or Green Tea Butter and watch the Glow of nourishment wash over you.

*Keep in mind, all honeys have different consistencies, so add more or less to create a paste that doesn’t drip.

Increase the portion size of the mixture for your hair.  Leave on for 15-20 minutes, rinse.

Make sure face is makeup free and hair is product free.

A great Facial Cleanser are my OCM or Cleansing Cream.  They remove all grades of makeup, including waterproof, while healing, protecting, clearing pores and resurfacing to help erase fine lines and wrinkles.

My Serums and Green Tea Butter just add to the nutritional synergy of organic food nutrition that nourish your cells’ life cycles.

There is no such thing as an old cell.

Cell’s exist in Life Cycles, Death Cycles, Aging Cycles or Wrinkled Cycles.

LIFE CYCLES, life is the direct reflection of the nutrition you choose to nourish your life with.

It is the Healthy Quality of your Cells’ Life Cycles that determines the Youthful quality of your Skin’s Health.
