I suffer from seasonal allergies and this year was particularly off to a bad start.

I look to foods for remedies because foods work to heal your body’s internal system, strengthening you from the inside.

Bee Pollen is Nature’s Allergy Cure.

I started taking Bee Pollen to enhance my physical performance as an athlete and the results were not only immediate, they were incredible.

My recoveries were faster and more complete.

My energy was increased during my training.

Bee Pollen is one of the most incredibly complete foods with Minerals you can’t find anywhere else.

Minerals are essential to life.  We can live Vitamin Deficient, but not Mineral Deficient.

I discovered Bee Pollen’s incredible Allergy relief when I used to go to Key West regularly.  I used to be terribly allergic to mosquito bites.

Then, the year I started taking Bee Pollen to improve my athletic performance I noticed I had almost zero reaction to the mosquito bites.

Being a lifetime athlete you notice things immediately when you change up your diet, you’re always feeling out what is working and what isn’t.

This definitely worked.

I cycle on and off different nutrition, the body likes adapting to change and responds incredibly when implement consistent change into your diet.

I cycled off the Bee Pollen, my allergies this year were an immediate reminder of my dietary needs.

I went back on it, but wanted to take it differently than I usually had in the past.

I started adding it to my weekly batches of homemade non-gmo Soy/Coconut Milk.

Here’s the recipe:

  1. 1/2 cup Soaked Non-GMO Soy Beans
  2. 1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flakes
  3. 1/4 cup Raw Honey (depending on your taste)
  4. 2 Tablespoons Bee Pollen

I use a Soy Milk Maker a home, so I just fill it to the fill line with Flouride Free Filtered water.

The finished product yields 32oz.

Just a cup in the morning which is half hot water and that is all I need for my allergies.

The magic that is food is absolutely incredible.

It also makes an incredible hair rinse too.
