Here’s the recipe:
- 1/2 cup Soaked Non-GMO Soy Beans
- 1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 cup Raw Honey (depending on your taste)
- 2 Tablespoons Bee Pollen
I use a Soy Milk Maker a home, so I just fill it to the fill line with Flouride Free Filtered water.
The finished product yields 32oz.
Just a cup in the morning which is half hot water and that is all I need for my allergies.
The magic that is food is absolutely incredible.
