Yes, the powdered stuff you find in Whole Foods, Vitamin Shoppe and GNC, this stuff is my shampoo/conditioning/body cleanser that I mix at home when my hair and skin feel particularly dry.

Sometimes my skin’s sudden crankiness is because of weather changes and sometimes its because of hormone fluctuations caused by stress.

Other times, I’m traveling and I just want to feed my body different when I cleanse, here’s one of my favorite, simple recipes.

Grass Fed Whey, Sanitizing Everything Cleanser

  1. 1/2 cup Grass Fed Whey (unflavored)
  2. 1 cup Raw Honey
  3. 1/2 cup Himalayan Salt.

You can add more honey or water to adjust the viscosity of your mixture and then all you do is pour over your head, massaging scalp and use the rest to massage over the body.  The salt will give you a recharging, exfoliating, fully sanitizing glow and the honey stimulates collagen production while killing germs and fungi too!  The Whey Protein clears pores and nourishes skin with skin loving minerals.

I love doing this in a bath, cause you also get to soak the goodness in all over.  Helps smooth rough spots, especially feet!
